Welcome to the Sports Page! This page will be updated occasionally, so check back for changes, especially to the schedules shown below. Thanks for taking interest in our teams, and be sure to wear red and black on game day!

Cross Country Running:

Practices will be M/W/F at 7:30 SHARP! You must attend a minimum of two practices per week to maintain your team status. Cuts will be made the last week of September. You are all welcome to join in for general fitness. If you choose to run on your own, please select one of the workouts listed in the link below. Provincials are set for October 19, 2011 (in Spruce Woods), so train over the summer and make life easier for yourself (and less painful to your legs)!
